Japanese For Dinner: Karaage.

Tonight I decided to make Karaage for dinner. Karaage is Japanese fried chicken.

Please, for all that is right in this world, make this. You have got to try it.

It was soooo good.

What you will need:
Chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Soy Sauce
Garlic
Ginger
White Wine
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Cornstarch
Sugar
Oil (for frying)

And then let this guy tell you how to make it. Believe me, he will be much more entertaining.

  2. That looks fantastic! Do I need a Santa hat to eat it? (if this comment makes no sense to you then you haven't watched the video). Since I'm typing this from the hospital while Rodney is getting his gallblader removed I think I'm going to try a baked "fried" version. I'll let you know how it turns out.

  3. Thanks Tina! And Michele yes you do have to wear the Santa hat while eating it. It makes it 10 times better. ;)
